Physical delivery · 1:1 fiat-backed · members only

A blueprint for modern institutional settlement

Instant T+0 Clearing. Absolute Compliance. Complete Sovereignty.

The INSCX® TORS-IGS architecture, based on the original Tolley/netCash system, is used by INSCX for the purposes of T+0 settlement as an SRO physical-delivery exchange for trade in polymers, base oils, compliant and validated engineered nanomaterials and speciality materials. While INSCX uses this system for member trade, we offer bespoke versions of this system under licence to provide central institutions and commercial banks with the foundational framework to operate a shared clearing-house mechanism. Under this system, participating banks can — individually or collectively — effectively own their own clearing house by licensing the underlying software platform to operate it.

The dual-layer approach

Shared interbank tier

Powered by netCash®, a UK-vetted and proven 1:1 fiat-backed digital-currency system, the platform provides utility-cost, instant interbank clearing-house mechanics.

Sovereign consumer tier

Grants individual member banks the right to deploy and own a proprietary clearing-house system, alongside a separate, customised consumer-facing retail application for each bank's own clients.

Why institutional leaders partner with INSCX®

Global Freedom to Operate (FTO)

Uniquely backed by foundational prior art (1999–2006, UK, Europe, USA, WIPO) and proven reduction to practice.

Regulatory Track Record

Built on an electronic cash standard that previously operated under UK FSA approval (2001–2011).

Ultra-Low Cost Overhead

Institutional transaction fees are capped at 0.0001%, reducing systemic clearing friction.

Enterprise-Grade Performance

Powered by a trademarked, non-blockchain SQL architecture that eliminates distributed ledger lag.

Hardened Security Posture

A non-API, non-Web3 framework that removes the attack surfaces inherent in decentralized protocols.

Instant T+0 Counterparty Resolution

Deploys Instant Gross Settlement (IGS) to erase settlement delays.

Direct Asset Security

Retains structural stability by anchoring all digital asset variants directly to a 1:1 fiat-backed architecture.

Sovereign System Licensing

Allows consortia of banks to retain full equity ownership of their clearing utility and the systems powering it.
